Our carefully curated, award winning wine list includes over 150 references. We are proud of the autonomous region we are located in and have a broad selection of wines from all of the denominations in Catalunya, as well as wines from across Spain and internationally.

We support winemakers from small, limited production “boutique” bodegas located in the lesser known “up-and-coming” wine regions, as well as those that grow autonomous grapes native to the Iberian peninsula.

Whenever possible, we take advantage of our close proximity to many world-class bodegas to get to know the wine makers personally.

WINE PAIRINGS

To accompany our “Sensacions” tasting menu we offer a choice of optional wine pairings where each glass has been carefully chosen to harmonize with the flavours and aromas of each course.

Of particular interest is our “Premium” pairing of exclusively Catalan and Spanish wines that are unique because of the type of grape, the method of elaboration, the blend, or the vintage.
