We offer a seasonally changing tasting menu comprised of 8-11 small courses with no principal ingredient repeated twice. Each course is meant to be a moment of deliciousness to be savoured… and then the next one arrives.

A highly recommended part of the dining experience is the optional pairing of Catalan and Spanish wines, each one chosen to add something special to every course. The wines are exclusively Catalan and Spanish from small producers with a focus on heirloom and recuperated local grape varietals.
